With the development of the society economic and penetration of basiceducational revolution, the country’s needs for high-level Technology Talents isgreater and greater, the basic education requirements for high-educated teacher whohas great abilities of teaching practice are also increasing. So, our country put forwarddeveloping full-time education for the master degree education with Chinesecharacteristic.This kind education will train high-level Technology Talents who has a greatability of teaching practice. And this great ability is the root of education. Of course,it is not to say that we should pay attention to train educational abilities and puttheories aside. Full-time master of education also need certain theoreticalaccumulation, The theoretical knowledge is to makes service for teaching practice, isthe tool to solve the education and teaching problems, is to provide theoretic supportin the teaching practice of the realistic problems. To carry out full-time education forthe master degree education, we have to pay attention to combine practice andtheories, to open up practice classes and to train the abilities of practicing withtheories. Thus, to improve abilities of teaching practice of Full-time master ofeducation, we have to construct a curriculum system which is based on trainingpractice abilities. This paper just focuses on how to foster practice abilities of theorieslearning stage in the first term, is to say that it mainly studies how to foster practicingabilities in theories teaching process.This paper with a part of full-time master of education as interview objects, thisthesis focuses on the investigation on the current situation of full-time education forthe master degree curriculum system from different aspect, such as content,construction, practice, evaluation and executor in the curriculum. According theinterview of some full-time master of education tutor, graduated full-time master ofeducation. And meanwhile, it makes textual analysis curriculum systems of somefull-time master of education in colleges and universities. The survey result analysisshow, at present, there are series of problems in the full-time master of educationcurriculum, like the partial academic course content, unreasonable course structure, single curriculum practicing form, unscientific curriculum evaluation system, most ofacademic curriculum-practicing teachers, etc. Aiming at different problems anddisadvantage in the course systems, this paper analyzing related policy documents forfull-time master of education and make some contrast studies on the foreign relatedand similar degree, want to structures full-time master of education curriculumsystems based on practicing abilities from comprehensive curriculum content,reasonable curriculum structure, flexible curriculum implementation, qualifiedcurriculum practicer, multiple curriculum evaluation. It also puts forward relatedsafeguard measures to make sure for smooth implementation.
