The Construction Of The Index System Of Sports Modernization Of Henan Province

In the process of writing this thesis,this thesis tries to carry out the spirit of 18 th National People’s Congress as an important reference basis and the realization of the index system of sports modernization in henan as the main research purpose, uses the index system of sports modernization of Henan province as the research object. It makes a systemic research through the basic theory of sports modernization and the principles of index construction, Moreover, according to the characteristics of sports development in Henan.The research uses the literature material method, Delphi method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and so on and throughout two rounds of expert investigation and the related data to do statistical analysis, finally,it confirms to a index system which includes 5 level indicators consisting of sports management, sports economy, sports culture, ecological and social sports and 19 secondary indicators and 54 three-level indicators.The results of this research are as follows:1. The realization of Henan sports modernization based on the 18 th National People’s Congress spirit, it’s an important part of the rising of central plains,.And it also reflects the economic strength, social environment and people’s living standards for the rising of central plains from the side.2. Henan sports modernization refers to the development of sports project that can meet the demands of Henan productivity level and state, that can satisfy a state of sports system, material,and people in Henan at a certain stage.Also,it can promote the hardship of sports development in Henan.3. The index system of Henan sports modernization not only provide theoretical reference for the progress of sports development in Henan, but also provide theoretical support and decision service for the sports administrative department.It has positive significance for increasing the scientificity and foreseeability of the sports administrative department.4. The means of all the selected indicators of Henan sports modernization system are greater than 3.5,,all the coefficient of variation of V values are less than 0.25. Each set of indicators to coordination coefficient W value fluctuates up and down in 0.5, and the consistency of coordination degree test P<0.05,which shows that the consistency of evaluation results is high,the coordination degree is good, and the evaluation or prediction results is credible.5. Every evaluation indicator of modernization index system of Henan sports is relatively important in the modernization of Henan sports. Therefore, this research used the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to draw the corresponding weights of various indicators.
