Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Undergraduate's Education Practice Of Physical Education Major In Henan Province

Education practicum is the practice activities that university sports education professional students must participate before graduation. Students participate in the practice could exercise and further improve their teaching skills. At the same time, it is necessary for cultivating qualified physical education teachers. Through internship, it could improve the students' ability to integrate theory with practice, its ability to find and solve problems; At the same time, it could inspect of colleges and universities sports education professional teaching effect and promote the improving of teaching quality.Sports education practice evaluation is a comprehensive judgment based on the whole process of physical education major students in their education internship. It accords to certain principles in the preparation for internship, internship, internship after summarizing the whole practice process in evaluation of judgment of physical education major students from the process involved, and to judge the student internship effect, sports education professional personnel training quality. This paper, taking the education internship evaluation of undergraduate course colleges and universities sports education majors as the breakthrough point, and combining the discipline characteristic, constructs developmental theory model of education practice evaluation system and expects to provide the reference for perfecting the evaluation system in education of undergraduate course colleges and universities for our province sports education professional students.This research adopts literature method, questionnaire method, mathematical method and logical method to analyze sports education professional education practice, and constructs of evaluation index system through the investigation of the actual situation of the education of undergraduate course colleges and universities sports education majors, according to sports education professional personnel training goal and the social need for qualified physical education teachers, and to certain principles, which establishes suitable for sports education specialized undergraduate education practice of evaluation index system. The results of the study are as follows:(1) survey found the following problems exist in Henan province sports education professional education practice evaluation: internship evaluation standard is not systematic, evaluation standard operation lack practicability, evaluation standard is not clear, too much emphasis on summative evaluation, evaluation methods and means lag behind, and low evaluation incentive to students.(2) the evaluation index system of undergraduate education internship of physical education: the expert sorting method by applying the method of rank and computing structure first-level indicators and secondary indicators, creating evaluation index system of which contains six level indicators, including internship preparation, technology courses teaching, classroom teaching and extracurricular sports guidance, interns after comprehensive ability, and practice summary and 38 secondary indexes to evaluate whole journey to education internship.(3) the evaluation index system of undergraduate education internship of physical education in Henan province follows in the sports education professional training objectives, bases on the actual situation of education practice implementation, and reflects the characteristics of sports education professional education practice in Henan province. With the reform of education practice in Henan province, the sports education professional education practice, developing and perfecting the evaluation index system to make every effort to find the most appropriate evaluation methods for the students.
