Research On Teachers’ Congress System Of Universities In Fujian From The Perspective Of Education Governance Modernization

With the advance of modernization of national governance system and governance capacity as well as the rapid development of China’s higher education,how to perfect governance structure within universities is an important task faced by the deepening comprehensive reform of higher education field,and of which,one particularly important aspect is how to promote the construction and perfection of teachers’ congress system of universities while further promoting the modernization of education governance.The construction of teachers’ congress system of F University in Fujian has made advances,but there are still some deficiencies in the aspects of personnel structure,operation mechanism,overall level of proposals,operation rights,work organization,implement of representatives’ rights.And the causes of these problems are mainly because of the disparity existed in cognition,organization,operation and system.As an epitome of the development of higher education in Fujian,the problems reflected in the construction of teachers’ congress system of F University in Fujian are also the common problems existed in most universities in Fujian.The author proposes the path choice to solve the existing problems in the construction of teachers’ congress system among universities in Fujian from the four aspects of improving ideological understanding,optimizing organizational structure,perfecting operation mechanism and strengthening system construction through referring to the effective experience and practice of other universities’ teachers’ congress and similar organizations at home and abroad.
