| With the rapid expansion of higher education,the quality of higher education is increasingly discussed.It is first long and mediumterm program for education in China with the 21 st century that "national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)," pointed out that to fully implement the "higher school undergraduate teaching quality and teaching reform project",to make clear: "promote the colleges and universities to establish and perfect the undergraduate course education quality guarantee system,is the present stage our country's higher education to strengthen the connotation construction and guide the characteristics of the development of the main fulcrum",among them,as a professional education teaching activities in colleges and universities,the main carrier of cultivating senior professionals,and the basic unit,are regarded as the important category of the construction of the internal quality assurance system.Nowadays,our country has already entered a comprehensive fitness era,the national fitness program"and the issue of health program for China's 2030 social undertakings of physical culture and sports in China has played a positive role in promoting,popularization and development of the social sports is closely related to the high quality of social sports professionals,as to the cultivation of talents in the field of social sports in henan province professional guidance and management,the professional development of the fit and unfit quality directly affects the quality of the output of social sports professionals.Therefore,the establishment of a professional evaluation system based on the actual situation of the opening of social sports guidance and management major in henan province and in line with the law of social sports professional education is conducive to the normalization and long-term monitoring of the professional operation,thus further promoting the healthy development of social sports guidance and management major in henan province.Based on the consideration of this problem,this study selects the evaluation index system of social sports guidance and management specialty in henan province as the research object,Using the Delphi method,sequential structure weight method and so on scientific research method,affecting the development of social sports professional guidance and management of henan province of the in-depthanalysis of evaluation factors,follow the principle of scientific,systematic,feasibility,etc,in henan province evaluation index system of the social sports professional guidance and management to build and perfect,to play for the healthy development of social sports guidance and management majors in henan to provide power,so as to establish professional social sports guidance and management evaluation index system in China to lay the foundation of theory and practice.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)the evaluation index system of social sports guidance and management majors in henan conforms to build higher education evaluation system of systematic and scientific characteristics,based on the existing basis of combing theory and practice of professional evaluation,using the Delphi method after three rounds of expert consultation,after inspection of the various interference factors,and finally determine the contains five primary index,14 secondary indicators and 38 third indicators of professional evaluation index system.(2)the evaluation index system of social sports instructors and management majors in henan province constructed by this research institute adopts the month-on-month structure right method to allocate the weight of the index system reasonably and ensure the effectiveness of the index system in the practical application of the evaluation work.(3)the comprehensive and systematic analysis of the definition of specific indicators objectively ensures that the selected three-level indicators are operable,scientific and comprehensive. |
