The Study Of Objectives Management Of Ideological And Political Work Team For Vietnam Colleges

Nowadays, related to the rapid development of the revolution of modern science and technology, the development of the knowledge economy, the process of globalization and international integration, many opportunities are created for all countries in the world, including Viet Nam. Because people are not only the goals but also the motivation in the process of innovation and development of the country. The Communist Party of Vietnam has identified the main issue of the renovation is to protect the national independence and socialism based on Marxism- Leninism and Ho Chi Minh. The political work in schools should be further strengthened because:"the innovation is successful or not, the revolution of Vietnam has firmly follow the path of the Socialist (socialist) or not depending on children, students and the training of young generation". Vietnam is interested in fostering team work of political thought in the direction of standardization, improving quality, ensuring enough quantity. Especially, bravery, moral qualities, lifestyle, professional conscience, qualification and teaching capacity are focusing on improving. Therefore, team building with high qualities who works as the political and ideological work in the universities is a practical problems today. Therefore, it is necessary to research to analysis of theoretical issues, clarify the status of the management, team building as the political and ideological work in university. The solutions to improve the management objectives of the construction team working on political thought should be given. The main target is improving the quality of the team to contribute to practical training in human resources for the development of the country in general Ninh Binh province in particular. That such project has practical and theoretical thought and hot news. About these issues, this thesis will focus in depth research, analysis and interpretation to offer solutions and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of quality management in construction team working on the political and ideological education in universities and colleges in Vietnam from the current practice of Hoa Lu university.The thesis concludes 5 parts:First:introduce the context, purpose, meaning of research and summarize the research situation at home and abroad on issues related, then orient for intensive research on this issue in the next section.Second:introduce some concepts and theories related to better understand the issues to be studied. Based on the reasoning and analysis, systematization of different approaches to the terms of the thesis, this section has chosen the approach of terminology and framework of the theory as a tool to study the implementation of the sequel.Third:introduce the characteristics and the situation of Hoa Lu university, Ninh Binh; situation of management and team building as the political and ideological work in schools; mention to the experience was gained through the construction management team ideological and political work in schools to compare, improve and supply more information for the research. Thence, problems and the reasons of problems can be found in order to meet the requirements of the university in the new period-will be performed in the next section.Fourth:analysis of the existing, inadequate and the cause of problems in practice which lead to difficulties in the management of the construction team working on political ideology in schools today. Then, propose the policy responses to meet the management objectives of this team building-will be performed in the next section.Fifth:basing on applying the objective approach, proposed guidelines for the management of the construction team working on political thought in relation to the implementation of the tasks in the current period are thoroughly understood. The proposed policy responses closely related to overcome the shortcomings and limitations in the construction management team ideological and political work in schools today and fully reflect the characteristics of the construction management team ideological and political work in schools.
