On Strengthening And Improoing Team-building Of The Ideological And Political Education Of University Student Thought

In order to improve the political ideology of college students, and further better their ideological levels, thus making them become qualified members of our socialist builders and followers, we are in great need of a working team group which is of qualified political ideology, of reasonable knowledge structure, of high capacity in speciality and ideology. Therefore, it is of great significance to better the ideological establishment of college students and make our Chinese-specialized socialist career flourish and thriving.The paper first explains the functions of ideological and political team-building in colleges and the necessity of strengthening and improving of it, and then makes an analysis of the necessity of strengthening and improving the team-building of college students' ideological and political education and the advantages and deficiency of current ideological and political team-building in colleges and universities, thus further explores the approaches of ideological and political team-building and gives some suggestions and opinions. Next, this paper further analyzes the structure, current situation and problems of ideological and political team-building in colleges. And at last, it suggests approaches for ideological and political team-building in colleges.
