Socialization of sentiments different from the moral, legal, gender socialization process, relatively speaking, more subtle, but also the lack of a formal system of socialization, and more likely to be ignored by the society. The socialization of sentiments based on sentiments practice, feedback, as a major means of. The members of the society through the sentiments action practice, and then to assess differences result of action and social expectations, and finally through the attribution strengthens inherent social sentiments or accept new social sentiments rules.Sentiments labor refers to the sentiments management staff, so that they can show noticeable facial expressions or body movements to the customers, in order to improve the customer’s sentiments labor process. In the sentiments labor, employees need to learn a new sentiments rules and as individual sentiments rules in the work. Although compared with the ordinary sentiments socialization, the internalization of the sentiments rules more clearly, and have more mandatory feedback program, but its essence is a kind of sentiments socialization process. So if the sentiments labor as a kind of sentiments socialization, it is not only a new perspective to sentiments labor but also can take the sentiments socialization.Socialization of sentiments is based on practice. In the process of individual sentiments practice, people achieve acquisition of social sentiments rules through the feedback of the sentiments action and attribution. The individual pursuit of inner comfort, that is the main factor to determine whether the internalization of social sentiments rules. With respect to the inherent rules of individual emotion, social sentiments rules is strong and the dominant position of the individual, thus people showing a total internalized social sentiments.
