In the 21st century, the rapid development of information technology has caused the third industrial revolution and the wave of information technology is sweeping the world, leading to great changes in the social and economic structure and economic efficiency; Society needs more personalized, innovative talents. And information-based teaching,guided by the learning theory of constructivism, combining modern information technology and curriculum integration, creates a good teaching environment which helps the students’ learning style develop from traditional acceptance to autonomous exploration and cooperation,and cultivates innovative talents equipped with abilities and qualities for the 21st century.So, what changes in students’ chemistry learning does integrating information technology into the courses brings?whether is it advantageous for the student to carry on constructivism?How do the chemistry teachers apply informationization teaching? What ways and means can we use to improve the informationization teaching ability?The article deals with these problems.The article adopts the method of video cases studying and teacher interviewing research, which is targeted at the ten lessons in the in national high-quality class competition in Wuhan area in 2014,by viewing the ten lessons and recording and analysing the statistics about the application of a variety of information representation in each lesson, and student’s studying approaches,.Besides,the author interviewed the teacher named Jiuming Li who applied information technology best and has drawn the conclusion:1.The integration of information technology into curriculum innovates the means of information representation, conducive to the formation of the concept’ multiple internal representation, making more profound understanding.2.Using modern information technology to represent information is conducive to create the realistic situation and provide clues to contact between old and new knowledge, promoting students’ taking the initiative to complete the new knowledge construction.3.High quality class fully embodies the theory of constructivism. That constructivism learning theory can be understood and widely accepted by teachers, and be applied in the teaching practice. The application of modern information technology provides support to create a good learning environment,and change the student’s study way, improving the students’ self-efficacy and enhancing their learning motivation.4.1n classes of high quality, teachers mainly apply multimedia computer technology to represent information such as video, images, animation, but seldom apply from the network technology.This article also makes suggestions on teachers’ application of informationized teaching, puts forward the general steps of the teaching design, and suggests that education department should focus on how to improve teachers’ knowledge about TPCK through informationized teaching training of teachers. At the same time, the administrative department of education can also organize various informationization teaching competitions, and set up the awards, and encourage teachers apply information technology teaching as well.
