With the development of science and technology,the world has entered a micro era.The field of educafion becomes innovative and acfive.The development,research and application of a "micro lesson" is sweeping across the country.As long as the students want to learn,they can find the corresponding micro class for to learning.It fully reflects the "Based on the students,the teacher as the guide",the cultivation of talents,personalized students.In this paper,based on the theory of refinement,the construction theory,independent learning theory,according to the teaching contert form chemistry compulsory one in Jiangsu teaching version,corresponding to the design of micro lesson,with quasi experimental research method,I select Jiangsu Province Jiangyin Changjing senior middle school high one or two parallel classes,maintain the normal teaching order,with the same weekly classes,by the same teacher lectures.I control class to carry on the traditional way of teaching,and the traditional and the micro lesson combination teaching.And then I test the students' cognitive level of chemistry knowledge(understanding,understanding,mastering,exploring)and academic achievements.In order to understand the changes of students' learning ability and the ability of knowledge system,the author made an interview with the students in the experimental class and the control class to understand the students' perception of the micro teaching.The results showed that: through a semester of teaching practice,micro teaching has been appreciated by students at different levels,enhancing the students' autonomous learning ability and interest in chemistry to enable students to truly become the protagonist of teaching and learning,helping students to construct knowledge of chemistry to enhance the effectiveness of learning.The result of the experimental class has been improved significantly.Therefore,teachers' leading role and students' main role have been better reflected,achieving good teaching effect and learning effect.This study provides a reference and thinking for the combination of micro lesson and chemistry.
