Creation of learning environments for teaching and learning geography has important significance to support, it provides a good learning background for learners build a bridge. Among learners Based on Continuous development of education information technology, combined with problem-solving situation model, the research on creating learning environment has important implications for the current geography curriculum reform and curriculum implementation. Learning how to adapt to the current environment, geography curriculum reform process, prompting independent learning, inquiry-based learning, and discovery learning, changing the relationship between Students and teachers, giving full play to the student body and initiative is research focus for the creation of the current learning environment. In this thesis, information technology support, analysis of the theoretical basis of the problem-solving based on geography learning environment created by the design process and to verify the results of the design of the case.The main contents of this thesis include the following five sections:The first part is the introduction. The research background and significance are Introduced, the research status and development trend of the learning environment are summarized, and to e the content and methods of this thesis are designed.The second part is the theoretical basis. At first, it respectively introduces the concepts of the learning environment and the problem-solving mode. Then, it compares the similarities and differences of the design of the teaching system and the design of the learning environment. At last, it introduces the components and characteristics of the learning environment and the problem-solving mode.The third part is the design process. First, compare the problem-solving geography 1 earning environment with other learning environment, and then describes the design prin ciples, elements and order of problem-solving learning environment. Finally, analyze the features and advantages of the problem-based learning environment which supporting by IT.The fourth part is the case study and evaluation. Basing on the multimedia, Starry Night Pro Plus 6, and Google Earth to make a detailed analysis of the problem-solving geography learning environment.The fifth part is the conclusion. Summarize the conclusion of research, reflect the lack of research, and propose the direction of further research.
