The school refers to the school as the basis, emphasizes the importance of the school’s own strength, let the school independent development affairs. The school-based teaching research is tothe school, on school, teachers in schools as the main body, in school, learning, financial work andscientific research in one of the collective teaching research activities. The school-based teaching research is an important way to improve teachers’ theoretical level and teaching level. To stimulate the teachers teaching and research interest, improve teachers’teaching wisdom, and thus effectively improve the quality of teaching, teaching, teachers and students to achieve common development.The school-based teaching and research brings a lot of help to the teaching of senior high school,such as the active teaching atmosphere, rich teaching mechanism, to a certain extent improve the teachers’ teaching level. But there are also many problems. Analyzing these problems, help us out of the misunderstanding of the school-based teaching and research. In this paper, a high school in Guangdong province Zhongshan city as a sample, to expand the sample survey and individual interview. Has the certain theory significance and the practical significance to study, can provide useful reference for the current school-based teaching and research. The results of surveys and interviews show that the existence of four major problems in high school school-based teaching and research:one is the lack of accurate understanding of school-based teaching and research. Two is the process of school-based teaching and research not fine. Three teachers teaching and research quality whole is not high. The four is the school-based teaching research management and the evaluation is not perfect. The author of education value deviation. From the cognitive perspective, teachers’ understanding of the school-based teaching and research ". From the operational level, staff to copewith the college entrance examination center. Finally, this paper tries to put forward effective measures to solve the problems existing in the current school-based teaching research in senior high school. The first is the research subject, make the teachers become the protagonist of the school-based teaching and research. Second, strengthen the teaching reflection, the establishment of long-term mechanism of school-based teaching research. Third, pay attention to professional guidance, scientificpromotion of school-based teaching and research. Fourth, play peer role.promote efficient development of school-based teaching and research. Fifth, strengthen the development of school-based curriculum, school-based teaching and research to achieve the localization. Sixth, improve the system construction, to ensure the scientific and normative of school-based teaching and research.
