Social needs of different types of application-oriented talents required to achieve a individualized teaching to the learner comprehensive and personality development. While teaching philosophy at this stage is converted to a student-centered, but in practice it is a great challenge. Therefore, students are needed to discover latent trait to continuously adjust the training program, as well as to predict and assess the direction of their future employment. Customer relationship management is in essence based on analysis of customer value to maximize meet the individual needs of different customers. In addition, the concept of relationship marketing can be described as the cornerstone of customer relationship management, and based on my point of view, teacher-student relationship is the cornerstone of teaching. The present study was designed to take advantage of these technologies and related ideological attempt to establish a new teaching model of university to improve teaching effectiveness, and promote students comprehensive and personality development.Methods used in this study are literature research, investigation and observation. First, the literature studied abroad in recent years, customer relationship management development, research status, content and the relevant ideas and technologies which can draw on the teaching of university. Secondly, it conducted a survey and data analysis about the Central China Normal University freshmen, understand the feasibility and necessity of online learning combined with classroom teaching. Finally, the analysis on the existing problems in teaching, combined with previous teaching mode advantages and disadvantages to propose new teaching models and empirical research design teaching programs. In this process, it makes learner needs as a starting point, to get the greatest satisfaction of learners, to establish a complete database of customer relationship management-to establish a detailed file on each learner to analyze the future direction of development, analysis which is suitable for professional and future employment trends.After months of study, it confirmed the new teaching model is based on learner files within a certain range can be a good promotion of individualized teaching.
