TQ Education,as a fast-growing and increasingly well-developed institution among the postgraduate entrance examination training industry in recent years,its market environment opportunities and internal customer relationship management mechanisms needs to be adjusted and designed.As the demand for postgraduate training continues to expand,and there is no single giant institution in the industry yet,customer relationship management will be the most effective strategy for competition.From the perspective of big data marketing,this paper analyzes the industry status as well as competitive advantages and disadvantages of TQ education.It also points out the necessity of big data based customer relationship management and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.First,this paper discusses the relevant literature foundation and research application status,and gives the direction of problems solving in combination with the research object.Furthermore,through relevant interviews and surveys inside and outside the enterprise,as well as analysis of the market environment and the TQ's current use of big data,a comprehensive analysis of the major urgent issues that today's institutions are facing on customer relationship management has been put forward.Finally,for the problems of customer relationship management that need to be solved in the education industry,big data is used by TQ to make its customer relationship management more programmatic,intelligent and convenient.The conclusion of this paper serves for the improvement of marketing efficiency of TQ institution,while the maintenance and management of customer relations are to achieve the mutual influence and interaction between customer consumption behavior and enterprise marketing.The establishment of customer relationship management departments and the process specification and use protection of big data application in it can provide some reference for peer institutions and can also promote the development of the industry.
