Research On The Customer Relationship Management Of A Company

In recent years,under the policy support and guidance of government,the private education industry is growing stronger and stronger,which has been an important field of attracting investment and stimulating domestic demand.And it has become a very important part of our economic development in our country.The state's emphasis on private education has also brought them new development opportunities.As the rapid development of this industrial,the competition between the education brands has intensified.However,most private education training institutions in China are generally concerned about the growth of new customers,ignoring old customers and maintaining customer relations.They ignore the old customers and they don't maintain customer relationships.Paying less attention of the customer services makes private education companies fail to attract customers,which greatly weakens company's profitability.This paper sums up the questions and problems of company A's situation in customer satisfaction and customer relationship management,during pre-sale,in-sale and after-sale services by using questionnaire survey,and analyzes the causes and effect.And then,this study put forward five countermeasures and suggestions for company A,from management philosophy,organization structure,information management,marketing strategy and enterprise culture etc.Finally,it's hoped that this paper can provide some theoretical basis and practice guidance for company A and other similar education training institutions in the implementation of customer relationship management,improving customer satisfaction and loyalty,and building famous educational training brand.
