With the improvement of the level of economic development, people’s concept of education should follow growing, however, the level of education concept in rural China and economic development is contrary to the farmers. This article is based on Chinese Rural Research Institute, Central China Normal University research platform as the basis hundred villages. Through the study the residents education willingness and behavior in different periods of qing liang miao in He nan Nei xiang. Further analysis of the wishes of the rural farmer education changes the internal logic and motivation.Through interviews and field research to Check Out, I found that the farmers in the villages of Education will and national education policy, the level of economic development, and their own economic pressures and other factors are inextricably linked. Education wishes of farmers in three different periods showed the following characteristics:First, farmers’ willingness to educate the country’s economic development has lagged behind the relatively high educational policy period is not perfect; Second, the farmers’ education in the country is relatively low willingness to rapid economic development, improve the comprehensive education policy period; Third, the level of economic development level of the wishes of farmers and national education, educational policy is not proportional; Fourth, the economic benefits of education are the key factors affecting farmers’ wishes. I will summarize this trend "anomaly" Farmer Education wishes to involution of rural education. This mainly refers to involution, with the improvement of the national level of economic development, and constantly improve the types of education policies, regulations, farmers will and did not increase as education, but declined.
