Since entering the 21 st century, the issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is gradually proposed on the agenda. And how to deal with the social development in the process of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" issue also becomes the focus of the party and country. After reviewing the development progress of the developed countries in the world, urbanization and modernization is the only way for the development of society and the key to the rural issues. While improving the quality of rural basic education is the "Archimedean point" to accomplish the goal. But there is a series of notable problems appears during the implementation of countryside elementary education. For example, the multiple dilemma of education ideal, the conflict of education function alienation, the failure of educational reform, the contradictory beliefs of education, the single and replication of curriculum, and the teaching idea behind times etc. The reason is that the vague and biased understanding of the rural basic education school training objective.Since China attaches great importance to the education for a long time, no matter the city or the countryside, being able educated well is a key factor to judging the quality of a person. All in that, basic education is the priority of all formal and universal education for a teenager who can get basic knowledge and basic skills. However, what is the actual effectiveness of the education, different status of people have different answers. There are multiple occurrences of the so-called "reading useless" since 1949, arguing that education can not bring their own substantial change and the actual benefit of several years of educational investment is relatively low. And more surprisingly, those who have "vested interests" that has higher social status gradually began to reject basic education. The slogan of knowledge change destiny, reading makes people progress start to die down slowly. The emergence of the two kinds of reading useless push the issue of the basic education quality to the forefront.In this context, Chinese countryside elementary education school training objectives shows a state of "excessive prosperity". The slogan of rural basic education training goal "to the city as the center", "to the countryside as the center", "taking students as the center", " centered on urbanization", "centered on modernization" etc. still lingers on our mind, but it seems hasn’t been different in practice, it shows a "involution" in the development of the state. The describing of "involution" is not kind of ideal state of development, there is no actual increasing development or improvement happens there. That is to say, since the system of rural basic education is influenced by the policy, economy, productivity, culture and other external factors and internal factors such as ideology and national characteristic of Chinese, the training objectives of rural basic education schools appears to be in a state of’"involution ".It has the characteristics of complexity, duplication and contradiction. It seemingly is rich and colorful, but actually it progresses slackly and difficult to obtain good effects of education which falls in the plight of "involution". In combing literature and fieldwork process, we found that the value orientation of rural basic education schools is trapped in the contradiction of "ontology" and "instrumentation" in the field of the target. The training objectives of school also appear "city center" and "rural center" opposition. And developing training objectives shows a single copy tendency, while the "involution" training objectives is embodied in the confusion failure of educational idea, educational reform and educational function as well as the curriculum and teaching and so on.In terms of reality, the state of "involution" in the rural school training objectives lead the current students to confuse, the family to be negative, the school to imitate each other and the society to be blocked,etc. Through the research, we found that subjective and objective reasons are two aspects of the attributes to the "involution" within rural basic education training objectives. In the subjective aspect, due to the long-term binary thinking, urban and rural people locate it very different with each other. In the objective aspects, the swing of policy and institutions has exacerbated the urban and rural dual structure contradiction since 1949. And it even formed the urban-rural opposition, resulting in the formation of involution in the objectives of rural basic school education.In order to break the dilemma of "involution" in the rural basic school education, it requires us to be able to give full play to the role of national policy, social system, ideology and educational reform and innovation simultaneously. There are two aspects to remove obstacles, first, we need to break binary thinking; second, it is necessary to eliminate the binary structure. Besides that, the real reason lies in the backwardness of the rural basic educational ideal and the inherent disadvantage of itself. Therefore, in terms of rural basic education itself, there are three methods to break it. Firstly, the rural school education ideas must be changed; Secondly, the school education resources should be integrated; Finally, the countryside elementary education training goal formulation and urbanization process should adapt to coordinate. Only through this, can we make the rural basic education develop smoothly.
