The development of china's vocational education in rural is contract with the changes of vocational education in rural .Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the rural vocational education have lived through several changes in policy development. According to different objectives of china's vocational education in rural in different periods, this article divided the policy into three stages: from 1949 to 1978 in the first stage, the vocational education policy in rural mainly to agricultural development as the goal; 1979 to 2000 for the second stage, the vocational education policy in rural mainly in all-round development of rural economyas a major objective; vocational education policy in rural from 2001 to 2007 for the third phase, mainly to train new farmers as a major objective.1949-1978, the rural vocational education policy experience from the initial development to vigorously sure to negate the process. State advocate labor education, add agriculture in the general education courses, and carry out semi-cultivated semi-Reading education system, to train people who hold agricultural knowledge and skills for promote the development of agriculture Among them, the founder of agriculture school is the most typical. Both in personnel training, professional settings, teaching courses on all aspects of the agricultural development of this goal.1979-2000, rural vocational education experience from to resume development to reform to deepen resume in three stages. Developing agriculture through science and education to the national strategy, the training of personnel on agriculture, and encourage the rural secondary and tertiary industries, the training of personnel, so as to promote the comprehensive development of the rural economy. "Comprehensive rural reform" is a typical policy in this period, through the promotion of agricultural science and technology, training of agricultural expertise to the overall development of the rural economy service.2001-2007, the construction of a new socialist countryside become the new target of rural development, and training of new farmers become the key to the construction of new rural areas, farmers cultivate a new socialist rural areas during this period of vocational education policy pursuit of the goal. State initiated shift of rural labor force training programmers, the implementation of practical training in rural areas to promote projects, and so improving the quality of farmersThrough the changes of the policy review, we found that rural vocational education policies in rural development, economic system and the associated changes to other policies such as the impact of three factors, the interaction between the three factors of vocational education in rural areas is the driving force for policy change . From agriculture to the rural areas and then to farmers, rural vocational education policy reflects the evolution of the core objectives of the policy in the pursuit of economic value to the whole people-centered return.
