The construction of rural teachers is related to the rise and fall of rural education,and the research on rural teachers has always been the focus of teacher education research.The professional growth of physical education teachers in rural primary schools is easily overlooked,and the professional growth of physical education teachers in some rural primary schools shows signs of "involution".This paper describes the current situation of "involution" in the process of professional growth of physical education teachers in rural primary schools,analyzes the deep reasons for this dilemma,and explores effective strategies to resolve this dilemma.It is of great significance to optimize the practice of physical education teachers' professional growth in rural primary schools,improve the quality of rural teacher team construction,promote urban and rural education equity,and extend the theoretical system of rural primary school physical education teachers' professional growth research.The methods of literature,interviews,field visits,and grounded theoretical analysis were used.The research object is "Qualitative Research on 'Involution' of Physical Education Teachers' Professional Growth in Rural Primary Schools".Taking50 rural primary school physical education teachers in Zoucheng City,Shandong Province as the survey objects,through interviews and field investigations with teachers,the research materials are collected.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The "involution" pattern of professional growth of physical education teachers in rural primary schools is mainly realized as follows: "involution" with conscious and less independent growth,"involution" with needs but no growth action,and support without growth effect Form "internal volume".(2)The influencing factors that cause the "involution" of the professional growth of physical education teachers in rural primary schools are divided into internal and external factors in the three dimensions of "willingness,ability,and feasibility".Internal factors include social atmosphere,interpersonal relationships,professional cognition,Teacher literacy,external factors include management level and resource access.(3)Corresponding suggestions are put forward in this regard: create a healthy atmosphere for the professional growth of physical education teachers in rural primary schools;strengthen the sense of responsibility of physical education teachers in rural primary schools;optimize the management mechanism of rural primary school teachers;ensure the supply of resources for the professional growth of physical education teachers in rural primary schools;strengthen the profession of physical education teachers in rural primary schools Cognitive education;improve the training and training system of physical education teachers in rural primary schools.
