This article mainly uses the educational narrative research method,takes a head teacher in secondary vocational school as the research object,the researcher is the teacher himself,as well as the researcher.Through the observation of researchers,interviews with students,parents,teachers,and leaders in charge of student work,as well as object collection and other forms,a large number of original materials(diary of head teacher,conversation record with students,We Chat chat record)are collected to form the field text of this study.On this basis,according to the purpose and idea of this paper and the growth background(including educational background and work background)of the head teacher is outlined as completely as possible,and by telling the real stories in the process of of class management,comprehensively and clearly present the head teacher’s professional development course.This research,through combing and thinking about the professional growth experience of the head teacher,combined with the evaluation of students,parents,teachers and leaders on the work of the head teacher,found that the important factors hindering the professional growth of the head teacher are:lack of professional identity for the work of a secondary head teacher in the early stage,lack of professional competence,lack of professional growth groups.Combined with the relevant theories of head teachers in secondary vocational schools,the author puts forward strategies to promote the professional development of head teachers from two aspects:On one hand,the head teacher should improve himself by constantly learning professional theories,constantly reflecting on himself in the practice of class management,writing educational essays and change themselves.On the other hand,the college should assist the professional growth of the head teacher from the following four aspects: attach importance to the work of the head teacher,create a good school atmosphere,and build a platform for the growth of the head teacher;Perfect the head teacher training system to help the head teacher realize professional development;Establish incentive system to fully mobilize the subjective initiative of the head teacher;Build a class teacher professional growth group.Through this research,we hope to provide some references and help for the professional development of the head teachers in secondary vocational schools,and help more head teachers to rationally understand the difficulties and setbacks encountered in the work,so as to overcome the confusion in the early stage of entry,and become the leader of secondary vocational students for their growth,adult and success.
