The economic transformation in our country has resulted in an urgent need for the development of vocational education,and increasing demand for high-skilled and quality technical personnel.Secondary vocational schools pay more and more attention to the cultivation of the students' skills and moral qualities.However,according to the survey,there is still a gap between the talent requirements of enterprises and undergraduates of the secondary vocational schools.As for the teachers,they spend much time with students and they are responsible for the cultivation of the students' comprehensive qualities.The professional teachers in secondary vocational schools are not only a teacher,especially young professional teachers who have to undertake the work of head teachers.In addition to ensuring their professional competence level,they must also have the ability to be an excellent head teacher.,because the head teacher plays an important role in cultivating moral for secondary vocational school students.This paper is mainly divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,including the background of the problem,literature and research methods used in the paper.The second part elaborates the basis of the moral education work of the head teacher,including the definition of the concept,the policy and theoretical basis,and the significance of the moral education work of the head teacher.In the third part,according to the practice and observation of the investigation schools,the author investigates the current situation of the moral education of head teachers,through the moral education outline of secondary vocational schools(revised in 2014),the main body describes moral education activities and the evaluation of moral education of head teachers.The fourth part of this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the moral education of head teachers in C Secondary Vocational School in Q City.They are: the idea of moral education of head teachers lags behind,the contradiction factors in the implementation of moral education and the formalization of the management of moral education in schools.The fifth part puts forward improvement strategies for the problems,which include improving the ideological level of moral education of class teachers;improving the implementation effect of moral education of class teachers;and strengthening the management of moral education in schools.Based on the relevant moral education theory and the moral education syllabus of secondary vocational schools,this paper aims at cultivating all-round skilled talents to help the head teachers of secondary vocational schools solve the problems arising from moral education work,and for the reference of the head teachers of front-line secondary vocational schools.
