In 2014, the state council issued the implement opinions on deepening the reform of examination recruitment system. Since then, the reform of system of the college entrance examination began to pilot. In which, the opinions increased the evaluation content on the students’comprehensive quality performance. In addition, the ministry of education issued the professional standard of middle school teachers (trial) in 2012. Inside, the standard also made specific provision on the teacher’s evaluation. Under the influence of this background, the assessment literacy of high school geography teachers will get more attention necessarily. The assessment literacy of geography teachers is an important part of their professional quality. What’s more, it is the necessary quality to carry out the education teaching. Improving the teachers’assessment literacy has very important significance for the professional development of new geography teachers and also is vital to promote the students’learning, so improving the assessment literacy of new geography teachers is very necessary and urgent. Based on the model, which built by the assessment literacy of new geography teachers, the main content of this study investigate the assessment literacy of new geography teacher group. At the end, the paper put forward the overall training strategy. The article follow the framework that is find problem-analysis problem-solve problem to go, the main contents are follows.Firstly, we should find what the problem is. The first chapter is the introduction part, using the method of literature to determine the significance of this article. This chapter analyzes the current research about assessment literacy of teachers both at home and abroad determining the relationship between professional standards and the assessment literacy of geography teachers. The main content of the second chapter is to explore the background of the assessment literacy,and the realistic demand of the assessment literacy.Secondly, we should know how to analysis the problem. On the basis of the first and second chapter, the main content of the third chapter is to determine the content of the assessment literacy of geography teachers, with the middle school teachers’ professional standard (trial). Combined with the case of geography teachers, this section from the attitude, knowledge and ability to analyzes the requirements for teachers’ professional standards of assessment. The fourth chapter mainly investigated the existing circumstances of the new geography teachers’assessment literacy,by using the research methods,including questionnaire survey, case analysis, and interview etc.The last part is about resolve the problem.The fifth chapter is based on the existing circumstances.withing current education environment and the standard,to advanced the principles and tacticses of training assessment literacy.At first,defining the principles of new geography teachers’ training,including two aspect-policy and practice.Then,to designing tacticses according to princples.from this there aspects:At first, we should considered the integrality of assessment literacy. At second, it required the benign environment to promote the status of assessment literacy.at third. we need to optimize the interior system,withing the adjustment of education programs curriculum,training organization programs,classroom practice.The sixth chapter is about "conclusion and discussion".this part is mainly about combed and summarized the research of this article, problems arising from this research.And finally put forward future research prospects.
