With the development of education informatization constantly, education curriculum calls for reforming the traditional teaching mode talents cultivattion ideology. The flipped classroom recombines learning time inside and outside and transfer the initiative of study from teachers to students. FCM has become the focus of education field in recent years. The research combine the FCM with experiment teaching and the learning activities design from a new perspective. Multi-level learning activities are designed according to the learners’ cognitive ability and learning content requirements, through the way of designing model based on FCM learning activities, development and implementation of specific learning activity case. The purpose is to meet the diverse learning needs and encourage learners to explore multi-dimensional problems. This paper is composed of five chapters, respectively including introduction, research foundation, the learning activity designing and implementation based on FCM, conclusion and outlook.The first part includes the first two chapters of this paper. The research content, research methods and implementation scheme are established according to FCM and the learning activities design of the research status at home and abroad,theoretical foundation and related summarize. The possibility is analyzed which the flip classroom teaching model is applied to the experiment course.The second part is the third chapter, taking "digital image acquisition and processing" as an example. First of all, the principles of the learning activities design based on FCM is put forward and teaching model based on FCM is constructed. In the second place, the learning activities cases is designed according to the aspects of learning objectives and learning content analysis, teaching variables analysis, learning activities strategy design, project design, rules design and evaluation design. Laid a theoretical basis and reference for subsequent case implementation is established.The third part is the case implementation. The learning activities design of V1.0 is verified from four aspects, respectively network platform interactive records, questionnaire analysis of curriculum implementation effect, evaluation scores and study result contrast. The problems are found and the improvement program is proposed. The learning activities design of V2.0 is structured which is beneficial for the aspects of learning achievement, learning self-confidence, thinking flexibility, independence, knowledge migration ability and creativity. The V2.0 which can effectively stimulate the learners’ participation, improving grades, cultivating the independent learning ability, has the very good reference significance and reference value.The last part, summarizes this study and proposes research limitations and prospect of this paper.
