With the continuous development of educational informationization, multimedia and network has been developing rapidly, and modern educational technology which focus on multimedia and network has penetrated into all aspects of the education teaching, become the thrust of education reform. Introduction of appropriate multimedia video learning resources in education teaching to stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve the effect of learning, it has brought the attention of the experts at all levels in the field of education, and this trend becomes more and more strong. With the development trend of miniaturization and interaction in learning, how to design and develop micro video resources which is suitable for learner’demand and moderate degree of interaction, so that they can fully play the advantages of micro video learning resources, it will inevitably become an new hot research issue in the field of video media learning resource research in the future.Interactive micro video teaching resources refers to 3-8 minutes of video for learners in self-learning which made basis on teaching regularity. Learners can use video terminal equipment such as mobile phones, computers, repeated play anywhere, anytime. Micro video resources have characteristics of short playing time, flexible playing form, strong interactivity, etc. Therefore, learners who use interactive micro video teaching resources to learn can control their learning progress, through interaction and demonstration with micro video resources independently, explore and build new knowledge in practice. Applying interactive micro video to learn can improve students’ interest in learning and develop students’ personality. Micro video resources which playing without time and space constraints are more conducive to meet the different levels of students with different learning needs, students can take advantage of their free time for self-paced learning; Interactive micro video can interactive with learner, form of learning style are open and flexible, can be more effective to cultivate students’self-learning ability, and to further deepen the knowledge level of building. The study is the practical research, taking Photoshop examples as content of micro video, and taking Wuhan vocational college of software and engineering’s students as the research object. In the thesis, firstly, introduces the background of the study, research contents, research significance, research route and literature review of related content; then explain how to design and develop experimental materials used in the experiment; The last two chapters, one chapter describes how to conduct experimental research, another chapter analyzes the experimental data obtained in experiments and summaries conclusions. The experiment designed by the authors mainly to explore the influence of interactive micro video on stimulating students’ learning interest, and contrast the effect of experiment from angles of interaction and interactive text prompt order. Experiment reflect the effect of using micro video resources which have different design, in order to put forward the proposal for how to design interactive micro video which can better improve the effect of learning.
