The new reform on the basic educational curriculum advocates vigorously establishing a positive, appropriate and harmonious teacher-student interaction in the teaching process with an aim to promote the co-growth of both sides. A good teacher-student interaction is beneficial not only to the classroom efficiency and the healthy growth of students but also to the professional development and moral growth of teachers. So the study of the teacher-student interaction on the ideological and moral classroom possesses certain practically significances. The instruction of ideological and moral classroom in junior middle school is both the cognitive process of acquiring knowledge for students, and the process of emotional exchange spiritual construction and personality development for teachers and students. The teacher-student interaction of ideological and moral classroom in junior middle school can internalize the demands of moral education vividly into students'action, which plays a vital role in cultivating students with ideal, morality, culture and discipline. This paper carries out a research on teacher-student interaction on the ideological and moral classroom, which explains three definitions of interaction, teacher-student interaction,and teacher-student interaction on ideological and moral classroom, after a thorough analyzing on relevant perspectives of scholars at home and abroad. It is conducted with a comprehensive approach of documentary study, observation, interviewing, questionnaire survey, case study in combination with the personal teaching experiences of the NO.35 Junior Middle School and the Shibu Junior Middle School in Nanning.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part offers a brief introduction to the reasons, significance, thinking way, basic methods of study, together with a relevant literature review. The second part discusses the four principles and three characteristics of the teacher-student interaction on the ideological and moral classroom in junior high school under the new curriculum background, namely equal interaction principle, comprehensive development principle, objective principle, directional principle, and educational characteristic, reciprocity characteristic, emotional characteristic. The third part analyzes three problems existing in present teacher-student interaction on the ideological and moral classroom. First, the monopoly classroom of teacher-student interaction, in which teachers fully control the teaching process regardless of the emotion of students, the teaching subject. Second, the imbalance classroom of teacher-student interaction, in which teachers have different teacher-student interactions with those that they have different school achievements, that they are class leaders, that they take different seats. Third, the formalization classroom of teacher-student interaction. At the end of this part, causes of the problems are found out, that is, a lack of students'subjectivity, some teachers'partiality to students'diversities, and some teachers'low professional qualities. In the fourth part, aiming at the problems and causes, the author puts forward suggestions to improve the effect of teacher-student interaction on the ideological and moral classroom, by case study in combination with personal teaching experiences. First, updating the educational concept. Try to establish students'subjectivity, enlarge the educational investment, and enhance the teachers' training. The cultivating of students'ability and quality and being good at teaching method are the keys to teacher-student interaction.Second, treating each student equally and creating a harmonious teacher-student relationship. We can achieve that by designing various-level questions for different students, putting questions to the whole class and individual in turn, and teachers stepping down the platform to have closer interaction with students. Third, improving teachers' professional quality and enhancing the effect of teacher-student interaction.We should work at teaching material seriously to strengthen the foundation of teacher-student interaction, The cultivating of students'ability and quality and being good at teaching method are the keys to teacher-student interaction. The fifth part of this paper is conclusion, summarizing and putting forward some problems that need further investigation.
