On The Students’ Employment Policies In Private Enterprise

In this paper, we discuss the difficulties of the employing college students.In the context of students’ employment policies, private enterprise to solve students’ employment exist misunderstanding and suggestions for example Anhui Guozhen Environment Protection Technology Joint Stock Co., Limited.In this paper, we make the employment difficulties for college students as the background, combined with the recent years’ employment data. We list the recent years’ specific policies of college employment. By comparing the old and new policies students, similar policy, regional policy perspective, we derive employment policy guidance, encouragement, creativity, relief of the four characteristics of college students.
