As the new force of China’s modernization drive, the effective allocation ofcollege graduates in human resources and the implementation of the developmentwill be China’s scientific development concept and construction of harmonioussociety play a crucial role. Fundamentally speaking, only solve the employmentproblems of the college graduates in order to make social buildings run moresmoothly. College graduates, the employment problem is not just a problembetween the university and students, it is the most direct economic and socialdevelopment of China’s need to be resolved.Combing through our employment policy and foreign employment policyreference on the basis of the survey statistics, the establishment of the GraduateEmployment demand forecasting model, and analyze the factors affecting theemployment needs of college students, these factors make the concrete measuresand recommendations:Employers should promptly with schools, employmentinformation and communication to strengthen the links between schools, rationalplanning of the personnel structure of the unit and the employer needs to establishthe employer intern system to provide internship opportunities to universitystudents employment; students should be actively take the initiative to improvetheir overall quality, enhance employability; employment mentality, a reasonableposition yourself; adjustment of employment psychology, do the employmentpsychological preparation; countries should promote the development of the western region, reducing regional economic disparities, and promote the rationalflow of graduates, establishment of competitive and orderly labor market,reducing the selectivity of unemployment of graduates, to encourage collegestudents to start their own businesses, expand college students employmentopportunities, and improve related policies to encourage college students to thewest, grass-roots employment, effectively giving universities more autonomy inprofessional settings; colleges and universities should reform the traditionaltraining model, improve the overall quality of students, optimize the structure ofacademic disciplines and professional settings, and promote graduate employment,the construction of a high-quality, professional career guidance team to strengthencareer guidance for students.The article is divided into four main parts:The first part of the Students’ employment policies and relevant theoreticalmodel used in this article mainly introduces the connotation and characteristics ofcollege students employment policy, and a brief description of the model used inthis paper and its feasibility is described. The Graduate Employment is policystatus quo, the status of the students’ employment policies, foreign employmentpolicy.The second part describes the factors affecting the employment of universitystudents, the employing unit, the students themselves, national policies anduniversities are four main factors that affect the employment of university students.The third part analyzes China’s current employment policies, pointing outthat the present stage employment policy in the employment of universitygraduates the legal system, the household registration system is not sound on theimpediments to the employment of university graduates to promote theemployment of the equilibrium distribution of talent policy is not perfect, theguidance of university graduates employment is not enough, the criticism of the information channels of employment of college graduates is not comprehensive,and implementation of the policy of employment of university graduatesoperability is not strong, the relevant policies of the employment of collegegraduates does not match the problem.The fourth part is the establishment of employment demand forecastingmodel based on college students employment policy, the empirical analysis of thedemand forecasting model through the establishment of the GraduateEmployment demand forecasting model to analyze, analyze the reasons that affectthe employment of college students, the systematic analysis of the impact ofvarious factors on the employment of university students. And countermeasures toimprove the level of the students ’employment policies as a starting point, fromnational policy, university policy, the four aspects of the employment strategy andstudent strategies to make recommendations for the improvement of the students’employment policies.
