| With the increasing seriousness of environmental problems, the environment of the ruleof law has become the consensus of people all over the world; and one of the importantfactors to realize the environment of the rule of law is the formation of the environmentalawareness of the rule of law. Because the extent of environmental awareness of the rule of lawdetermines the strength and effect of the implementation of the environment of the rule of law;therefore, to study the cultivation of the environmental awareness of the rule of law andimprove the environmental awareness of rule of law for everybody is necessary. And throughthe method of literature, investigation and comparison, the author fully study the issue ofcultivating students’ the environmental awareness of the rule of law in Vestibule School,which under the Marxism of the Man and the Nature, the Rule of Law, the Scientific Outlookon Development, Sustainable Development and Environmental Ethics. For the study of thecultivating students’ the environmental awareness of the rule of law in Vestibule School, theauthor thinks that it not only can enrich the level of Chinese environmental awareness of therule of law, but also can fill the scarcity of the study in the cultivation of the environmentalawareness of the rule of law for the students of vestibule schools in our country. At one time,as an important part of citizens’ environmental awareness of the rule of law in our country, thestudy of the cultivation of the environmental awareness of the rule of law for vestibuleschools, for the scientific development of cultivation of the environmental awareness of therule of law for vestibule schools, the improvement of students’ environmental awareness ofthe rule of law and the delivery of a large number of skilled personnel possessing of higherenvironmental awareness of the rule of law, could provide the reference and implement wayscientifically.With the particularity of the vestibule school’s students, through the analysis of concept,importance and connotation, this paper clarify the necessity of cultivating students’ theenvironmental awareness of the rule of law in the vestibule school. And on the basis ofinvestigation for the present situation in environment of the rule of law thoughts,environmental law point of view, the environmental protection point of view of legalknowledge and legal psychology, it finds that there are many problems on the cultivation of students of the environmental awareness of the rule of law in the vestibule school. Firstly, theaim of the cultivation is not clear and the whole system of the cultivation is not perfect in theschool. More, there is the lack of ideological education work in the school for the students.Thirdly, the training courses of environmental awareness of the rule of law are not included inthe professional education curriculum system. And, the proportion of the cultivation of theenvironmental awareness of the rule of law is poor in the construction of campus culture.Lastly, there is very little contact between school and enterprise in cultivating the students’environmental awareness of the rule of law. In view of the existing problems, through theanalysis of causes, connecting with the teaching rule of school education, it finds reasons forthese problems, from the school, the students themselves, the cooperation between school andenterprise and social support, and put forward the corresponding solutions: Above all, ineducation work, it should formulate the aim of the cultivation of students’ environmentalawareness of the rule of law, confirm the work principle and main contents, and establish theconcept of students’ environmental awareness of the rule of law. Secondly, it should take thework of the cultivation of environmental awareness of the rule of law into the normalideological education work and establish the assessment mechanism. What’s more, it shouldset up the courses of the cultivation of environmental awareness of the rule of law dependingon different professions, strengthen the students’ environmental awareness of the rule of lawcombining with the characteristics of industry, and cultivate students professional skillsrelated to environmental protection in practice. More, in the school of the other work such asthe construction of campus environment, it should introduce the concept of environmentalprotection, strengthen the power of the faculty in the cultivation of environmental awarenessof the rule of law, enhance campus cultural activities of the environment of the rule of law,and increase the expenditure of cultivation of environmental awareness of the rule of law. Atlength, it should establish the long-term cultivation mechanism from schools to enterprises. |
