On The Cultivation Of The New Era College Students'Awareness Of The Rule Of Law

Passed by the fourth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee,the resolution of the central committee of the CPC about advancing several major issues concerning the rule of law had made a full deployment for pushing forward the rule of law and building a nomocracy civilization country.The central propaganda department and the ministry of justice's seventh five-year plan(2016-2020)on the promotion of the rule of law in the citizens of the People's Republic of China pointed out that knowing law and law-abiding by all people are the long-term groundwork for the rule of law.College students are the main force of China's socialist construction in the future,and it is also a powerful reserve force for the construction of the rule of law in Guangdong.Therefore,Law's popularization and abidance by law amongst college students are the key link of comprehensive law and law-abiding.The cultivation of the rule of law is of great significance to the implementation and promotion of the overall rule of law.This paper analyzes the theoretical source and connotation of the consciousness of the rule of law,and deeply analyzes the thought of the rule of law of marxism and its Chinese achievements.It focuses on the main content of Xi Jinping's thoughts on the rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the new era,providing a theoretical basis for the cultivation of awareness of the rule of law of college students in the new era,and makes a survey and analysis on the existing problems and causes of the rule of law in Guangdong University students.On the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis,combining with the author's practice experience which in the field of ideological and political education for more than four years,this paper puts forward some useful methods about increasing the college students' consciousness of rule of law.This paper includes five parts.The first part is an introduction,which not only elaborates the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,but also sorts out the current domestic and international research status.The second part mainly builds the theoretical basis of the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law.Marxist theory ofthe rule of law is analyzed.The main contents of Xi Jinping's socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the new era are focused on.It provides theoretical basis and source for the cultivation of College Students' awareness of rule of law in the new era.The third part makes an empirical analysis of the current situation of College Students' awareness of rule of law in Guangdong province,which points out that presently there are some problems existing in Guangdong university students,such as the inactive concern of the rule of law and the inactive participation in the construction of the rule of law in the country and the lake of sincere belief in the authority of law.What's more,the legal knowledge of university students is limited,and their legal practice ability is weak,especially in terms of the consciousness and ability of legal rights protection.And the communist party member does not show the party member's advanced nature and so on in terms of the rule of law consciousness.Furthermore,the causes of these problems are analyzed from four perspectives of society,university,family and college students.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating the legal consciousness of college students.On the one hand,based on the comprehensive governing the country according to law,through comprehensive analysis of the main characteristics of the college students' rule of law education,the concept of the rule of law and the consciousness of the rule of law,this part clearly put forward the basic principle and goal orientation to cultivate college students' consciousness of rule of law.On the other hand,putting the results of theoretical research and practical investigation together,find out the countermeasures of cultivating college students' consciousness of rule of law respectively from the perspective of society,university,family and college student individual.And explore the feasible and propagable ways and suggestions for the cultivation of the legal consciousness of college students.The fifth part summarizes the research conclusions of this paper and analyzes the shortcomings.
