Study On The Cultivation Of University Students' Awareness Of The Rule Of Law

At present,China has entered a new era of "comprehensively advancing the rule of law",the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics has been formed,and the building of a country under the rule of law,a government under the rule of law and a society under the rule of law is making steady progress.College students for the construction of the rule of law country,realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation's history,the status of the consciousness of the rule of law culture has had a huge impact to the construction rule of law in China,in the state,society,family,under the action of the four aspects of colleges and universities,college students' consciousness of rule of law culture has made some achievements,but there is still a letter,and to improve the deficiency,which requires to the idea of marxism rule of law and the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics thoughts as the instruction,to clarify the concept and clear the necessity,based on the status quo of college students' consciousness of rule of law culture in China,insight problems,clear reason,And based on China's specific national conditions,draw useful experience at home and abroad to put forward a feasible plan for the cultivation of university students' awareness of the rule of law.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of the cultivation of university students' awareness of the rule of law,and summarizes the relevant research status at home and abroad,and explains the research method and innovation of this paper.The second part analyzes the theoretical basis and significance of the cultivation of university students' awareness of the rule of law.The significance of cultivating college students' awareness of the rule of law includes the following four points: the requirement of building a country ruled by law,the requirement of building a harmonious society,the requirement of making college students healthy and competent,and the requirement of building a safe campus.In the third part,the status quo and causes of the awareness of the rule of law among collegestudents in China are analyzed,the existing problems of the awareness of the rule of law among college students in China are sorted out,the influence of the lack of the awareness of the rule of law among college students in China is summarized,and the causes of the status quo of the awareness of the rule of law among college students are analyzed.The fourth part is about the principles,contents and ways of cultivating the consciousness of the rule of law.
