In recent years, the strong development of secondary vocational education urgentlyneeds a large number of high-quality "double type" teachers, secondary vocational schools inthe "double division type" teacher training has made some achievements, but there are stillmany problems. This article mainly aims at our country at present secondary vocationalschools "double division type" teacher training, the problems in the analysis in the process ofdeveloping secondary vocational education how to better strengthen the construction of"double type" teachers training methods and strategies, and increase the "double divisiontype" of secondary vocational school teachers’ comprehensive quality and other issues, putforward suitable for provincial secondary "double type" teachers’ relevant training scheme, forthe medium vocational education teacher training and beneficial discussion and investigationon the teachers troop construction, to improve the teaching quality of secondary vocationalteachers laid a good foundation. The innovation of this paper mainly adopts the theoryanalysis, literature research and comparative research method, secondary vocational schoolsin shaanxi province was the "double division type" teacher training of the analysis of theproblems faced by the comprehensive system, society, government, schools, teachers’personal four aspects are given to promote secondary vocational schools "double type"teachers team construction of the basic countermeasure and the suggestion, and the currentsituation of provincial secondary vocational "double type" teachers put forward relevanttraining scheme.(this plan of training implementation) to improve the teaching quality ofsecondary vocational teachers lay the foundation and provide.
