In order to understand the training situation of "double-qualified teachers" in secondary vocational schools,the paper adopts the method of questionnaire and interview,4 secondary vocational schools in guiyang city,124 architectural teachers and 3 grassroots leaders were investigated.Results show that the number of "double-qualified teachers" is less,Single identification method and lack of practical ability for teachers.The main reason for these problems is that the national has not unified secondary vocational school "double-qualified teachers" identify standards,the school pay insufficient attention to the training of "double-qualified teachers",the incentive and assessment system of "double-qualified teachers" is not perfect,teachers lack self-cultivation awareness.At the same time,combining the theory of occupational education,characteristics and current situation of the construction industry,the following measures are proposed:(1)the national unified secondary vocational school "double-qualified teachers" identify standards,increase the "double-qualified teachers" training funding,provide preferential policies to enhance the participation of enterprises in the training of "double-qualified teachers";(2)Launch the media to widely publicize the contributions of the typical "double-qualified teachers" and improve the social status of "double-qualified teachers" and the whole society's recognition of "double-qualified teachers";(3)the school need creat a good "double-qualified teachers" growing environment,formulate feasible "double-qualified teachers" training system,including make a training plan,further education,excitation,assessment method,at the same time,optimize the structure of teachers,build a combination of professional teachers and part-time teachers;(4)teachers need change their concepts,establish the concept of lifelong learning,and formulate career plans. |
