The medium occupation education is the one of the main body of national’s education. It undertakes the training of high-quality and high skilled talents in China’s socialist modernization. To complete this arduous task ask for a high quality team of teachers. So the core of the building of the contingent of teachers in medium vocational school is the "double qualified teacher ", " Double qualified teacher" can fundamentally guarantee the school output high level talents for "silver collar" group. In recent years, the departments in charge of education in China strengthen the construction and management of "double qualified teacher" of occupation education. That’s why so many experts and scholars and industry do more research about "how to construct a better double qualified teacher".This paper takes Zigong city in a provincial key school XX medium vocational technology school as an example. According to the relevant data collection and information from education management, organizational behavior, social psychology perspective,The writer analysis the school of "double qualified teacher" team building, training, development and motivation etc through literature review, questionnaire and depth interview.This paper start fromhe social background of "double qualified teacher", anaylise the importance and urgency for strengthening "double qualified teacher" team building of medium vocational technology schools.Secondly, the writer definied the conception about "double qualified teacher" qualifications of the medium vacational technology school.Thirdly, according to the domestic and international research in this subject, summarised the advanced ideas and views of experts and scholars, the writer combined with the status of XX occupation technical school, carry out the questionnaire investigation and interview of the managers, teachers and students.Finally, according to the data analysis about the construction present situation, problems and causes of "double qualified teacher". The author puts forward some views from the introduction of talent team building, training, performance appraisal, salary and welfare, incentive management and other aspects of “the double qualified teacher” of the medium occupation schools in Zigong.Through empirical analysis, the study arrived at the following conclusions: 1. Short of the supporting policies and assessments for “Double-qualified” teachers’ Construction of Vocational School in Zigong; 2. A single teacher source channels; 3. Deficiency of training systems and corporation with companies; 4. Deficiency of stimulating system. In this study, government policy support, the school system to support the introduction and training, management, incentive several levels for “Double-qualified” teachers of Vocational School in Zigong City are analyzed respectively in this study.
