Technician training education is an important part of the national education system in ourcountry today, and is the foundation of the implementation of the strategy of invigorating thecountry through science, technology and education and the strategy of reinvigorating Chinathrough human resource development of our country. It bears the historical task of training tomeet the needs of modernization of China’s high-quality labor personnel, but techniciantraining school creating skill-based training model of moral education has been neglected,students’ overall moral standards are declining. In this study, based on questionnaire andsurvey method, we draw a conclusion that a moral teaching in technician training schools nowexist many shortcomings, and these problems directly affect the effectiveness of moraleducation in technician training schools. As a highly-technician training school, What weneed is both ability and integrity of skilled personnel. Characterized by long history and richcontent of traditional Chinese culture, it contains a wealth of moral thought and educationmethod, we should inherit and learn from it. Therefore, it is imperative and essential toimplant the traditional culture to moral education in technician training schools.Based on the moral education in technician training schools, the paper consists ofChinese traditional culture characteristics, studies moral resources of the rich educationalvalue inherent in traditional Chinese culture; analyses the problems of moral teachinginstitutions that exist in the new era,; eventually implants traditional culture to the moralteaching in technician training schools, changing the situation of empty contents and singlemethod of moral teaching, improving the effectiveness of moral teaching, and thus improvesthe status of the moral missing of students in technician training schools.This paper mainly discusses five parts, the first part describes the research background,the theoretical basis, and contents of the paper; the second part discusses the connotation andcharacteristics of Chinese traditional culture and the intrinsic link of moral teaching in technician training schools and the role of traditional culture in moral education in techniciantraining schools; the third part is to analyse the present situation and problems of moraleducation in technician training schools; the fourth part is to discuss how to implant Chinesetraditional culture into moral education in technician training schools respectively from targetorientation, content selection, method innovation and evaluation system; the fifth partdiscusses the specific application and effectiveness evaluation of Chinese traditional culture inteaching practice.
