Through summarizing the development law of animation industry, we can easy to seethat "Creative" is the core value of today’s animation industry. The birth of an animation workis based on a good idea, be gradually achieved by technical means, and formed of the finalresults. The work is produced and broadcasted in the mainstream media and developed relatedderivatives products after winning consumers’ concerns. The whole industry processespointed out the direction of training specialized vocational animation talents. And it pointedout that the professional training of students should put the basis and is focus on awareness.But in the actual teaching process, the secondary vocational schools put more focused on thesoftware operating capability and ability to imitate some foreign animation manifestations.The ignoring of cultivate students’ Innovation consciousness leads to the students can’tconverse into productive forces and they are unable to adapt to the needs of enterprises employingafter graduation and works are also lack of infecting power and cultural depth.Based on the current situation of China’s animation industry, to analyze the needs ofanimation talent from the corporate perspective, the paper explains the importance ofinnovation and defines some concepts involved. In this paper, it also analyzed the emergingissues of cultivate animation talents in secondary vocational education, such as schools arelack of the training objectives knowledge, lack of teachers, teaching mode routine, lowproportion of creative talent assessment, outdated teaching methods and other issues.Combine vocational students in which time node and its own characteristics, to explore themain direction of the teaching reform, and the paper also explore the effective mechanismsand innovative educational tools on the basis of conventional animation courses in education.By collecting animation education date at home and abroad, carrying out surveys of animationmajors in Yantai first vocational secondary school, analyzing data, combining with theireducational experience and other research methods, the paper proposed to promote theteaching reform and change animation "innovative" training ideas; accumulate many skills andbuild a innovation carrier; expand teaching ideas and focus on training students creativethinking, the three new arguments. By combining teaching reform and multi-faceted trainingmode, prompting students try their best to adapt and achieve a measure of business expertisein a short time and lay a good foundation for the high-quality development of in-serviceperiod. This paper seeks to provide reference methods and operational recommendations foranimation major in specialized vocational education, in order to clarify the further direction ofeducation, improve the education system and rich the educational means. Thereby it can protect the healthy development of students’ awareness of innovation, promote to enhance thefurther innovative thinking and performance means of professional skills.
