Research purposes: this through to our country’s modern pentathlon female athletesLoHi blood picture monitoring indicators and discuss hypoxic stimulus five femaleathletes of modern physiology reaction characteristics and adapt to the rules, to improvewomen’s modern pentathlon athletes aerobic ability to create excellent results providetheoretical basis.Research object: in order to of our country’s modern pentathlon team of eight women aline key players as the research object, five people for the international masters,3human masters.Experimental methods: in our country’s modern pentathlon eight female athletes as theresearch object. Experiment in Beijing sports university research center, athletes oftenlive oxygen, low oxygen environment training, a total of four weeks. Hypoxic exposureenvironment using15.8%oxygen concentration (equivalent to an altitude of2500meters in height). Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon hypoxic exercisetraining,60-90minutes at a time (15.8%O2, oxygen concentration15.8%VO2maxintensity treadmill training). Campaign monitor athletes before, during and after thepulse blood oxygen saturation, through individual control SPO2athletes running speed,make the body of the SPO2maintain at85%to90%; The rest of the time in the oftenunder oxygen training. Blood routine indexes (RBC, Hb, Hct, WBC, PLT, PCT)detection for Monday morning, fasting venous blood was drawn, the warehouse aftertwo weeks of the test track. In order to minimize error, each test all use the same set oftest personnel, training, respectively, after the experiment, a former coach arrangement. By the same nameProtocol:Compared with the basic training before, three weeks after hypoxic training,women athletes hemoglobin (HB) value of the test after a week before the training andthe end of the training (147.50±12.25g/dl and153.75±19.91g/dl), the lowest in thirdweeks (143.60±11.54g/dl, P<0.05), decreased gradually after pick up. Hematocrit(HCT) and red blood cell count (RBC) based values were (0.402±0.036(%),4.71±0.57(1012/L)), the first week decline, but in normal range; platelet hematocrit value(PCT) and platelet count (PLT) change change small amplitude in a large number ofearly training. A week after the end of the monitoring of LoHi, HB higher than thatbefore training, with a significant difference (153.75±19.91g/dl (P<0.05)), RBC higherthan that before training, with a significant difference (4.77±0.40(1012/L),(P<0.05)),HCT higher than that before training, have a very significant difference (0.424±0.034(%),(P<0.01)), WBC higher than that before training, have a very significantdifference (7.10±1.61(109/L),(P<0.01)), platelet hematocrit and platelet countincreased slightly.Conclusions and recommendations:1.LoHi1three weeks training measure hemoglobin, red blood cell count anderythrocyte pressure before the product values and experimental values are the basis ofcomparing exist significant differences, fully proved the LoHi training for athletes bodyfunction regulation, it is very meaningful. But currently lack is suitable for the modernpentathlon this movement project characteristic of main physiological and biochemicalindexes of evaluation standard, special project research proposals.2.LoHi2three weeks training before white blood cells can be measured withexperiment value is the basis of comparing exist significant difference, and thefluctuation range is larger but all within the normal range, suggests athletes hassignificant individual differences between high level far mobilization can quickly adaptto the movement of the load, so it is suggested to develop and implement long-termsystem more targeted individualized training plan, strive to further enhance thecompetitive strength of the players preparing for.3. LoHi3three weeks routine blood indicators for national women’s modern pentathlon athletes has increased after effect, suggest appropriate extension of the modernpentathlon female athletes LoHi exposure time, to control and adjust the athletes bodyfunction of the development trend of the indicators, so that the game is to reach the beststate.
