Objective: With the testing and research on blood indicators during the 5 weeks ‘Lo Hi training and two increasing load of vent threshold before and af ter the 5 weeks ‘Lo Hi training,this Pa Per discusses the influence of body function on outstanding modern Pentathlon athletes’ blood Physiological index, aerobic ca Pacity and skeletal muscle aerobic metabolism ability by this kind of training way.Methods: The object of study for modern four national team Players four men,. For three times a week(for Monday, three, five), every time 2h five weeks Lo Hi training(oxygen concentration is 15.4%~14.3%,simulated altitude 2500 m~2800 m), other training in often oxygen environment in. In every training session, the heart rate table and blood oxygen saturation instrument of athletes training load monitoring(85%±3%). Every Monday morning blood test hemogram index, res Pectively before and after the training of athletes run table increasing load test(test instrument for Max-Ⅱmovement cardio Pulmonary function tester). Before and after the training related Parameters with SPSS17 statistical software Package Processing, hemogram index using re Peatability measurement variance analysis. Low oxygen training before and after VT-Time, VT-Hr difference com Pared with matching t test Processing. Significance level for P < 0.5, very significance level for P < 0.01.Results: After five weeks of training, good Lo Hi modern Pentathlon athletes RBC, HGB, HCT,MCV were increased +9.46%, +8.49%, +13.47%,+3.17%,but there is no significant change; Under the same Physical load, the velocity of AT was increased from 16.41km/h to 18.77km/h(P<0.05), the Hr of AT was increased from 158 b/min to 173 b/min(P<0.01), VT-Time was increased from 545 s to 647.50s(P<0.05), the time of RER-1was increased from 501.25 s to 626.25s(P<0.05), the Hr of RER-1was increased from 144.25 b/min to 170.25 b/min(P<0.05), VT was increased from 95.06L/min to 120.00L/min(P<0.05), O2-plusemax was increased from 30.47ml/b to 33.75ml/b(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1) After 5 weeks’ Lo Hi training, outstanding modern Pen tathlon athletes ’ RBC, HGB, HCT increases somewhat,but no statistically significant change. Indicate that 5 weeks’ Lo Hi training for athletes can hardly change hemogram index.(2) After 5 weeks’ Lo Hi training,outstanding modern Pentathlon athletes’ abilit y of aerobics get Promoted.(3) After 5 weeks’ Lo Hi training, athletes’ oxygen Pulse rate were significantly im Proved and skeletal muscle oxygen utilization rate increase.
