Entrepreneurship is the source of national economic vitality in the future.The success of entrepreneurs can not only create social wealth,but also incre ase employment opportunities and improve the lives of the masses.At present,the State encourages public entrepreneurship and innovation,and gives strong support for innovation and entrepreneurship in policy,which further stimulate s the enthusiasm of the masses for entrepreneurship.Among them,the Pionee r Park as a new platform for entrepreneurship,through enterprises and entrepr eneurs to provide venues,counseling,policy,information,advice,traini ng and other types of entrepreneurial services to help enterprises grow and dev elop.Therefore,how to promote the integrated service ability of Pioneering P ark has become an important problem for the development of pioneer park.Th is paper studies the college students in Xiangtan science and Technology Park in Hunan,the office of human resources and the support of the Xiangtan mu nicipal government,established a set of service system,to provide a strong guarantee for the enterprise,to promote its development.This paper through o n-the-spot investigation and study found that the park provides business service s for business enterprise,the service process is not smooth,the service pers onnel,service level is relatively shallow and inefficient service mode lag prob lems,the reason is that the policy support system,talent incentive mechanis m is not enough,service coordination is weak,asymmetric information servi ce.Active in the development of mass innovation trends,summarizes the Xia ngtan university technology business park service development status,learn fr om other experiences in the construction of the service system of college grad uates incubation bases,starting from the improvement of basic services,prof essional services,the third party government service in three aspects,puts f orward corresponding countermeasures to promote college students in Xiangtan science and Technology Park Innovation service system construction,to build a complete service chain,accelerate the growth of entrepreneurial enterprises Park,to achieve the rapid development of economy and society.
