Following the education informationization speeding up unceasingly, the demand of information technology personnel for the social development is growing up.for purpose of training students information literacy in high school, information technology course is paid more and more attention. However, the traditional information technology teaching pays attention to transfer knowledge and ignore the cultivation of students ability, It needs to innovate the traditional teaching mode urgently. In this background, learning case study is one of the new education models widely used.The main purpose bf this study is seek the fusion of network environment and learning-plan. Introduces teaching mode of learning-plan guide based on the network environment to high school class. improves the efficiency of classroom teaching, improves the information literacy of students. strengthens learning ability independently, cooperation and communication, active exploration of students.As an example, This article selects information technology curriculum elective module chapter1in "multimedia technology application" in the first quarter-the content of the "go into the multimedia world". This article studys the design of information technology learning-plant based on network environment and classroom practice in high school.
