With the rapid development of Internet, network media literacy education as an important part of media literacy education growing attention of people. In January 2016, according to the "Statistical Report on Internet Development in China" China Internet Network Information Center(CNNIC) 37 th show, the scale of Internet users as of the end of December 2015 reached688 million, compared with 2014 an increase of 3951 people. Internet penetration rate of 50.3%,the data show the number of young Internet users in 2015 increased by 60% compared to 2014,showed a rapid upward trend, in which the student is still China’s largest population of Internet users.Internet media has become an essential part of student life, media literacy education as an important part of the network of media literacy education with the development of the Internet more and more attention, the school should serve as the main network literacy education.Network Media literacy is one of the basic qualities necessary for the Internet age students, the network of media literacy determines the level of students in the viability of the network society.Network Media literacy education is the Chinese education must pay attention to the problem,compared with the rate of development of the Internet there is a great distance between school education and literacy education students network combining research and practice.This study summarized the domestic and international network of media literacy education in current status of research and related concepts, literature analysis, questionnaire and interviews and other research methods on the status and needs of junior Network Media Literacy conduct research, presented at the junior high school information technology into the teaching of media literacy education network significance. We analyze and interpret of "primary and secondary school information technology curriculum standard", refer to the middle school information technology curriculum compendium of the relevant provisions of the Taishan version of the textbook of junior middle school information technology book seven analysis, put forward in the course of information technology into the feasibility of network media literacy education. Junior high school teachers were interviewed to understand the current network status and problems in the teaching of media literacy implemented. Educational content and nature of the network media literacy education, teaching target analysis, compared with junior high school IT curriculum content related to network knowledge and find both in the content and implementation methods are similar, comprehensive survey, proposed to strengthen junior high school network media literacy education strategies and recommendations, based on the final textbook content network media literacy education implementation.
