Special-grade teacher are representatives of outstanding teachers.They often become the typical materials that are researched to study on the excellent teachers. However, the research on the special group itself is few. The study is based on the basic concept of special-grade teacher It probes into their educational practice and outcomes, sums up their development experience and regular pattern of their professional development.The main research method used in this study is depth interview and classroom observation. The main results of this study are as follows:1.Curriculum reform requires external environment support, but the awareness and attitudes of curriculum reform is the internal power.2.Teachers’development experience, educational and teaching practice, formation and development of educational theory are closely related.3.Promotion of educational concept needs strong support from higher authorities and also needs the active participation of all front-line teachers.This study summarizes research subject’s personal development experience, formation and development of educational theory, teaching practice experience and the relationship between them. It is significant to teachers’professional growth. The author learned a lot in the process of collecting and collating materials.
