Research purpose:The research focuses on the influence of brisk walking to the visfatin of obese college students. At the same time, observe the relationship between visfatin and body composition, blood sugar, lipid metabolism index and IL-6, further discuss the visfatin’s effect on obesity.Research method:consult the Asian and Pacific area’s obese criterion issued by WHO, recruit40obese college students (BMI≥25), separate them into experimental group and control group. Control group stay their own lifestyle, while experimental group do brisk walking exercise for14weeks, each week5times, each time60minuets, and the intensity is50%-75%HRmax. Under the same circumstance of before and after the experiment, test experimenter’s body composition, blood sugar, blood fat, insulin, visfatin and IL-6. The author analyzes the data with the help of software SPSS16.0, test the index difference of doing exercise or not with match T, use Pearson related analysis and multiple liner regression analysis to analyze each index before exercise, test each index of different group with independent sample. Result:(1) Visfatin level of obese college student has notable relationship with HDL-C, and IL-6(p<0.05), but doesn’t have notable relationship with TC, TG, PFQ Fins, HOMA-IR and morphological index BMI, F%, WC, HC, WHR (p>0.05); multiple liner regression analysis show that, HDL-C and IL-6are the independent influence factor of vifatin level.(2) After14weeks’ brisk walking exercise, experimenters’body composition index BMI, F%, WC, HC, WHR and blood sugar and fat’s metabolic index TC, TG, PFG, Fins, HOMA-IR and the level of cell factor IL-6are all lower down notably (p<0.05); the level of HDL-C and visfatin are both rise (p<0.05), the indexes of control group don’t change notably.Conclusion:(1) the level of visfatin has significant correlation with HDL-C and IL-6, which means visfatin has some effects on the happen and development of obesity.(2) As a kind of aerobic exercise, brisk walking can make body composition, blood sugar and fat metabolistic index, visfatin and the level of cell factors like IL-6of obesity patient better efficiently.
