With the development of our country economy and social transformation as well as the changes of diet structure,Chinese teenagers obesity is rapidly increasing at an alarming rate,our country will face the grim problem of adolescents simple obesity.In real life,it is easy to find caused by obesity,coronary heart disease,high cholesterol,high blood pressure and metabolic abnormalities and a series of diseases,especially in the incidence of the youth group has soared,the country needs to invest a lot of when it comes to physical health every year's human,financial and material resources,etc.As is known to all,there are many ways to lose weight but it is the most recognized sports law reducing weight,because it not only have the effect of reducing fat,also can enhance physical fitness.And life,people tend to give priority to with aerobic exercise,and resistance exercise is rarely adopted,this paper is engaged in exercise for weight loss with this issue.Therefore,this article will be simple obesity in teenagers about the cause and the current situation of scientific and reasonable exploration,find out the prevention and effective training method reducing weight,to improve the physical quality of adolescents in our country,and scientific and rational reduced fat for teenagers to provide effective training methods and theoretical basis.From Beijing sports university "enjoy thin" everyday in the summer camp,through a fitness test and evaluation,selection of 40 in 80-120 kg,with an average age 15 years old,height 160-185 centimeters of simple obese adolescents as the research object.According to the needs of the experiment will be 40 subjects by gender,height,weight,waist-to-hip ratio evenly divided into two groups,each group of 20,and all subjects unified accommodation,diet and rest,exercise at the same time.First group by the combined resistance and aerobic exercise,the second group into the aerobic exercise 4 weeks to complete the enclosed training.The corresponding test evaluation and comparison analysis.Through the experimental study,the following conclusions: resistance exercise,can effectively promote the new generation of muscle tissue and to make the body a lot of consumption of calories and fat,in order to achieve the effect of fat;Aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercises and pure aerobic exercise can effectively reduce overweight and obese adolescents in the body fat content,but in comparison,aerobic exercise combined with resistance to practice in reducing obesity adolescents' body weight,body fat,waist-to-hip ratio,BMI is significantly higher than that of pure to the effect of aerobic exercise;Both can effectively reduce the adolescents simple obesity of heart rate,blood pressure,but the effect was no significant difference,compared in respect of improving lung capacity,aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercises the effect is more obvious;Both can improve the simple obesity of teenagers physical quality,but the aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise in terms of power,speed increase is more obvious;Surveys suggest that aerobic exercise combined with practice forms,methods,flexible and varied resistance,are more susceptible to love the person that reduce weight,and degree of rebound.This experiment research proves,aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise on the obese adolescents fat reducing effect is significantly higher than the pure aerobic exercise.But both how to optimize the combination,which can better reduce fat effect,need further research.
