The Study On Regional Higher Education Sharing System Problem And Solution

<National Program for Medium-Long Term Educational Reform andDevelopment.2010-2020> points out the way to form opening education is deepenreforming. After over-development of our national higher education, colleges have beenunder heavy debts, and the education resource distribution has been more seriously.The higher education seems to be transformed into substantial development, and theonly way is resource’s sharing, reasonable using and utilizing. But the resource sharinghas been still in its early stage in higher education in our country. Changzhou Scienceand Education Town is a name card of Changzhou, with one university and fivecolleges. It is in accordance with the concept of open sharing, contributes to regionalresource sharing in higher education with remarkable achievements, it’s even a leader inour country. But on the way of sharing resource, Changzhou Science and EducationTown also meets some problems: imperfect planning, simplify structure, poor context,and lack of good system and effective result. Lots of factors affect resource sharing,including regional block, difficult practice, conflict of college interests and the barrierbetween students and teachers. The best solution is that Changzhou Science andEducation Town should strengthen the idea of regional resource sharing, adhere to thescientific planning and government leading, promote its sharing connotation, improvethe education ability, optimize the platform of education resource sharing and find newsharing system.
