Life value is a fundamental concept that people can aware, judge, and create the valueof life.It reflects the value of life issues that people simply stand, viewpoint, attitudes andperceptions.It also is a integral, systematic value of life’s attitudes and awareness.Collegestudents’ life’s development and the creation will be driven by the specific life’s values.Theformation of their life’s value will affect the relationship between others,the nature and thesociety.The college student is a special group,their words and deeds will be widespreadconcern of the community.Currently,the condition of ignore life and cripples life has becomeincreasingly prominent.Thus, the problem of college student life’s value education must beresolved.Based on the questionnaire of some students in colleges and universities in Jiangsuprovince, found that college life’s value education has the following problems:in the cognitiveaspects of life, whether in school or at home,the life’s value education should not be given,resulting in the emergence of life cognitive bias;in terms of emotional life, college studentsare showing a lack of coordination of life, negative emotions of world-weary;in the aspect ofthe meaning of life, college students difficult to grasp the meaning of life, living in theemptiness and confusion;in the life practice, students can not put a correct understanding oflife values into practice, in addition, the proposition of "why lives" has gave way to "how tolive", the students generally pursuit of fame and fortune as the goal of human life.The mainreason causing the college life values education "separation of knowing and doing" includingserious absence of school life values education,that universities have paid little attention toeducation for life value.Serious lack of family life values education,"All of Chinese parentsexpect their son or daughter to be successful",the utilitarian thought erosion the familyeducation;The social environment of rapid change has the negative impact, for example, theindifferent attitude to life, social evaluation system is single and utilitarian.When students cannot put the life value of cognitive science into their own cognitive structure, that will affecttheir attitude toward life and behavior.In view of the above problems, the main basis of the education idea of "humanist",follow the combination of scientific education and humanistic education, cognitive educationand practice education, self education and mutual education, school, family and socialresources and the principle of combining.In the school education of life values education ofthe knowledge of college students; and to establish the system of psychological crisisintervention effective life monitoring on college students; to actively create a conducive tocollege students’ life values education a good school, family, social atmosphere.
