Aerobics is a sport that accompaniment with music, to physical exercises as basic means, on the basis of aerobic exercise, and achieve the goal of improving health, physical, and entertainment. Fitness aerobics, as an important part of aerobics, altought the time of development in China is not long, but already was deeply loved by the masses. With the continuous development of economic society, the people’s concept of health is growing constantly, fitness aerobics is becoming more and more popular in our country, has become an integral part of modern civilized life.For the full implementation of "the Chaoyang District National Fitness Plan (2011-2015)"in the various tasks, to strengthen the District people’s fitness consciousness, to satisfy the public demand for fitness project diversification, to improve the level of national physical fitness and health, Chaoyang Sports Bureau under the guidance of the Beijing Municipal Sports Bureau, in support of the government of Chaoyang District, cooperation with Beijing Sports University aerobics teaching and research section to choreograph the Beijing Chaoyang District series setting-up exercise.This study takes the calisthenics choreographing of Beijing Chaoyang District series setting-up exercise as the research object, using literature review, interview, questionnaire, experiment, mathematical statistics and other research methods, the whole process of the plait of Chaoyang District series setting-up exercise theoretical analysis, research shows that:the calisthenics choreographing of Beijing Chaoyang District series setting-up exercise is based on the basic theory of general public calisthenics choreographing, combining with the characteristics of Chaoyang District, with the plait the principle, the structure of the elements and processes as the basic theory; The plait contents fully reflect the characteristics of fitness activities, and have an overall design and easy learned content; Three sets of exercises’s structure is scientific and reasonable, and have a high degree of satisfaction of exerciser; Through the exercise can relieve fatigue, cheerful body and mind, achieve the ideal body effect, and also have a good effect on cardiovascular.
