With a long history and rich national culture, martial arts stands tall in the worldof national culture with its unique charm. Martial arts, which has rich content andvarious forms, makes mutual penetration and fusion with China’s ancient philosophy,traditional Chinese medicine, ethnics and aesthetics. As the reserve force of socialistconstruction and outstanding successor to the traditional Chinese culture,youngsters’sound in body and mind,ideological and moral and value pursuit of status are directlyrelated to our destiny of future development. Martial arts plays an active role incarrying forward and cultivating ethos and promoting students’ physical and mentaldevelopment.at the same time, it is also important the sports teaching in the Primaryand middle school.In order to give a full play to the role of martial arts’education and fitness,andenrich the big During-class sports activities , the The Ministry of education and theState Sports General Administration jointly created“Primary and secondary schoolstudents nationwide series of Wushu Exercise", and decided to promote among thePrimary School(special school include) and Medium occupation schools, which is themark of martial arts striding into the primary and middle schools in the new step.It is the most important task in the experimental study of promotion that how tomake students in Primary and middle school interested in martial arts gymnastics andlearn the traditional knowledge during the promotion. Taking the promotion of martialarts as the object and choosing two general classes of Shandong Liquan primaryschool as the practice teaching cases, this paper employed the Literature,Questionnaire survey, teaching method and mathematical statistics method to explorethe issues born in the promotion of martial arts gymnastics to provide the basis for thepromotion of martial arts gymnastics in Primary and middle school, through analyzingthe teaching evaluation, teaching effect, teaching interests, degree of difficulty andmusic evaluation.1.The study results show that most of students’interest hasmarkedly increased after learning the martial arts gymnastics, and 52% students can exercise actively, however, parts of students who need more proper teaching methodscan’t be active.2.“series of Wushu Exercise in nationwide Primary and secondaryschool students " comply with the health first philosophy,most of students think thatthe sports load of wushu exercise is moderate, that is to say, every part of body canget exercise, but not to be tired too much; And then, the degree of difficulty eachaction also can be accepted. But to specify some certain actions, such as the pitchingmovement in "Heroes" and screwing motion in“The red sun rises in sky", which aregenerally reflected difficult by students, and proper teaching method is needed.;Thecreation of action is relatively novel, which is approved by most students.However, inmusic, 49% students take the disserting attitude because of the single musicrhythm.3.In the martial arts fitness exercises instead of preparing activities, most ofthe teachers and students hold the disserting opinion; in martial arts fitness exercisesbecoming the school-based curriculum and replacing class-break setting-up exercise,most of them are approved; to promote martial arts fitness exercises through variousways to enhance the national spirit.4.The teaching ability and the court have animportant effect on the promotion of martial arts fitness exercises.5. PE teachers areactive in attending training and they are capable of the Martial Arts Fitness Aerobicsteaching, but they take little interest in martial arts gymnastics teaching.On the basis of the above research results, according to the actual situation, somesuggestions are put forward.1.Using flexible teaching methods to promote students’interest in learning Wushu aerobics; From different stages of acceptance of studentsthinking Considering receptive ability of students at different stages and combinatewith different types of music, different games and group competition should beemployed to promote students’ interest. Adopt a variety of flexible teaching methodsto improve teaching effect.2.Perfecting supervision mechanism into evaluation system;it has been one and a half years since the implementation of“series of WushuExercise in nationwide Primary and secondary school students " issued by the TheMinistry of education and the State Sports General Administration, but until to mow,the document is still not really put in place, which is the question. The reason is thatthere is not a regulatory body, a reasonable and effective evaluation system set up. Firstly, the The Ministry of education and the State Sports General Administrationshould expand propaganda, secondly, to make the Martial arts gymnastics into thecontent of sports teaching and assessment, Martial arts gymnastics,as thecharacteristic course, the various cultural and sports activities are its best way toconduct an external propaganda.3.Government should give the support andfunding ;in the principle of inheriting the spirit of national culture and educatingdescendants, the local government should issue the files on the strength the promotionof wushu exercise to promote the development of wushu exercise; during theimplementation, funding is needed for holding the competition and guarantee the PEteachers’enthusiasm.4.Strengthening the construction of teachers’ team, andcultivating Wushu Professional Teaching or training PE teachers provide by martialarts professional coach to Improve PE Teachers’ skills.5.Improving the teachingexamination system, and carrying on the regular exchange game of martial arts fitnessgymnastics.
