The Promotion Status And Countermeasures Study Of The Series Martial Arts Setting-up Exercise For The National Primary And Middle School Students In Middle Schools Of Tai Yuan

Martial arts is the treasure of the Chinese national culture.Since August2010, ministry of education and the state general administration of sport, created together "the national primary and middle school students series martial arts setting-up exercise "(by higher education publishing house), and decided to promote it in national ordinary middle and primary school (contain special education school), secondary vocational school since September1,2010. The move in all provinces and cities caused a strong response. Corresponding to "martial arts setting-up exercise into campus" scheme, put forward by ministry of education and sports administration, all provinces and cities are taking corresponding measures to promote the promotion of martial arts setting-up exercise. Since the special conditions of the different provinces and cities, also because of the limitation of human, material and financial resources, the author can’t carry out related research nationwide, put high school in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province as an example, researching martial arts setting-up exercise.This article adopted the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, data statistics and comprehensive analysis, taking the Third Experiment High School (belong to XiaoDianQu, fully enclosed, controlled directly by the Education bureau of Taiyuan, public school), the48th middle school(Demonstration high school in Shanxi Province, YingZeOu, fully demonstrate high school), Chengcheng Middle School(private, YingZeOu, good at sports discipline), The10th middle school of Xing Hua Ling(Xing HuaLingOu),the Experimental Middle School (completely middle school, JinYuanQu), the Sixty-one Middle School (WanBoLin area, build by factory), the Eleven Middle School (JianCaoPingQu, sports discipline get outstanding achievements) and the Five Middle School (YingZeOu, one of the first key middle school of Shanxi Province) as the research object, to investigate the martial arts setting-up exercise promoted condition in the middle school of Taiyuan city, including promotion measures, the number of schools which are carrying out, in form, developing level, the promotion effect etc. Then combining with the relevant data, obtained by the investigation, analyzes the important factors which affect the promotion of "the national primary and middle school students series martial arts setting-up exercise ", in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province.The results of the survey shows that because most schools do not have the profound understanding to the value of martial arts setting-up exercise, which cause the teachers in configuration and class design value degree is not high. The attitude of Taiyuan related departments towards the promotion of martial arts setting-up exercise for administrative division differences are different, and the strength of their propaganda monitoring support have great differences, some give to the related departments positive reaction, but some don’t. In the promotion of martial arts setting-up exercise process, met martial arts professional teachers is insufficient or teachers level is not high. Most middle school students in Tai Yuan city believe that martial arts setting-up exercise movements are designed reasonably, However, due to the difficulty of drill action does not reach the designated position, school importance limited, most students in practicing do not feel relax after exercise. A substantial number of the students in Taiyuan city middle school basically enjoy practicing martial arts setting-up exercise, but students who have the general attitude are relatively greater. The students generally don’t understand the connotation significance of martial arts setting-up exercise, which reflects many teachers, in the process of professor martial arts setting-up exercise, pay only attention to teaching of movements, give little attention to the connotation meaning attack and the professor theoretical knowledge.In order to guarantee the promotion of martial arts setting-up exercise in schools, leaders of schools need to renew their idea, correct understanding of value of martial arts setting-up exercise, reserve martial arts teachers, adjust the martial arts class, update the concept the parents by increasing guide, and increase the surveillance dynamics, grasping to teaching quality of martial arts setting-up exercise.the relevant government departments should also be made own labor of duty, using unified command, organizing the experience sharing of schools, also need to wrapped martial arts setting-up exercise, strengthen the monitoring, organization and support.relevant departments should constantly to supervise and inspect the progress of the martial arts setting-up exercise promotion in each school, organize the related activities, set an example, do long-term planning, vigorously reserve and train martial arts teachers.The teachers must keep paying attention to self-development, innovation, and creating a new teaching mode to improve themselves.
