| Soccer is the most popular sport in the world, and it also has the widest influence among sport fans throughout the world. Soccer plays a significant role in the development of competitive sports in China. Meanwhile, soccer has been constantly developing in the process of socialization in our country. As an important constituent of Chinese soccer developing strategy, the Chinese women’s soccer has achieved tremendous progress through reforming and its own efforts in the past20years.In the early20th century, women’s soccer began to burgeon in some coastal areas of China. Since the women’s soccer game developed, depending on the advantages of "the whole nation system" and specialized training, the women’s soccer has made full enhancement and progress in our country, especially in the aspect of technique and tactic as well as talent cultivation, groundbreaking progress had been made. In the subsequent world women’s soccer game, Chinese women’s soccer team has also made many outstanding records."They won fifth in the first FIFA women’s World Cup in1991, and they entered the semi-finals in the second session of World Cup in1995, when women’s soccer became the official competition projects of Olympic Games for the first time in1996, they won the silver medal, moreover, they won the runner-up again in the third session of World Cup in1999. A series of impressive records made by Chinese women’s soccer shocked the international football, which laid the foundation of Chinese women’s soccer leading position in international football. In the21st century, with the popularity and rapid development of soccer in the world, women’s soccer in many European and American countries has achieved fast development, so the Chinese women’s soccer no longer outshines the women’s soccer of other countries, and it faces strong challenge by the national women’s team from the European and Asia. Stagnation can always lead to retreat. The competitive level of Chinese women’s soccer is constantly declining, and the world ranks also fell to a historic low. Followed by the lack of reserve talent and the unreasonable selection mechanism and method, and the training and competition system is imperfect, the confusion of internal management, ignorance of the athletes’culture education and future career development, what’s more, the level of soccer league in our country is not high, sponsors and functional departments investing less, and many other problems surfaced."Chinese women’s soccer development plan (2005-2012) pointed out:Chinese women’s soccer reserve talent pool should be built so that high level talents can be continuously provided for the first team and all levels of women’s soccer team."A study on women’s youth football echelon construction in our cities where give priority to development of women’s youth football, such as Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Hainan, is conducted through method of literature review, interview and logical analysis, on-the-spot investigation and case analysis in this paper. The analysis will be given from the following aspects, which is the current situation of women’s youth football development, organization and management system, training and competition system, culture and education construction, social influence, funds investment and so on. The author attempts to find out the existing problems through the analysis of women’s football echelon construction in China and come up with feasible countermeasure to these questions by drawing lessons from echelon construction cases of outstanding women’s football team at home and abroad, to put forward reference for women’s football echelon construction in China. |
