| The paper investigated and analyzed the sports attitude and participation of senior1and2girls in Beijing No.101High School, Zhongguancun High School, The High School Affiliated to Beijing Agricultural University and The High School Affiliated to Beijing Jiaotong University in Haidian District, Beijing by the using of questionnaire, oral interview, mathematical statistics, etc. A few conclusions are drawn as follows:1. High school girls in Haidian District have higher scores on attitude towards behavior, attitude towards goals, behavioral cognitive and emotional experience these four dimensions, and only have average level in behavioral habit and behavioral intention, which indicates that high school girls have a better evaluation for exercises and have higher understanding to the value and significance of exercises, but the willingness to put it into practice is not very high, and without good behavioral habit on activities. Meanwhile, high school girls of Haidian District have lower scores on sense of behavioral control and subjective standard, which indicates that high school girls are lack of control on exercises and the pressure from external world has little influence on their sports participation.2. There are significant differences in dimensions of sports attitude between Senior1and Senior2girls in Haidian District, especially in dimensions of attitude towards behavior, behavioral habit, behavioral intention, emotional experience and sense of behavioral control. The scores of these five dimensions of Senior1are higher than that of Senior2.3. In the terms of physical activity level, the order of number of girls of Senior1and Senior2from high to low is:small sports level, medium sports level and large sports level. Compared with that of Senior1girls, big sports level and medium level ratio of Senior2girls decreases, while small sports level ratio increases. 4. Haidian District high school girls’main motivation to participate in sports is to keep healthy, cope with the physical examination and get in shape. The sports high school girls like mostly are those having relaxing and decreasing pressure functions, smaller space limitation and lower physical demands. High school girls do physical exercises mostly in schools, and the common exercise fields are the school sports venues and facilities; physical exercise knowledge and skills are given by school physical education teachers. High school girls usually do exercises with partners together.5. There is a certain connection between eight dimensions of sports attitude and the amount of physical activity. Except that the subjective standard has a significant negative correlation with sports activities, other dimensions have a significant positive correlation with ports activities; the girls with higher amount of exercises have..better performance in each dimension scores of the sports attitude than those with small and moderate exercises. Through regression analysis, it is found that behavioral habit, behavioral intention, emotional experience, attitude towards behavior and sense of behavioral control have great impact on the amount of physical activity, however, attitude towards goals, behavioral cognitive, the subjective standard has a minor impact on the scores of amount of physical activity.6. The factors influencing high school girls’sports participation are mainly divided into personal factors and external environmental factors. In the terms of personal factors, physical conditions and interests have greater influence on sports participation. In the terms of external environmental factors, academic pressures and weather have the greatest influence on sports participation. |
